Overview

Pho 447 Asian Kitchen, nestled in Floreat, WA, delivers an intimate Vietnamese dining experience that stands out in Perth’s bustling culinary scene. This modest eatery, located at 1/447 Cambridge Street, offers a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights authentic Vietnamese dishes with a modern touch, serving both diners and those seeking quality takeaway.

The heart of Pho 447 lies in its mastery of traditional dishes such as the silky Banh Cuon, a delicate rice noodle roll filled with seasoned minced pork, freshly made to order and served with light, crisp bean sprouts. This dish beautifully captures the northern Vietnamese culinary roots while embracing subtle southern influences, resulting in a balanced and memorable flavor profile.

For noodle lovers, the restaurant’s Pho Ga and the Spicy Stewed Beef with Rice Noodle provide rich, aromatic broths that speak to the craftsmanship in their preparation—each bowl carefully layered with herbs, spices, and just the right seasoning to highlight the natural flavors. The Egg Noodles with Duck add a hearty, satisfying option, combining tender meat with perfectly cooked noodles in a way that resonates with comfort and tradition.

Customers appreciate the spot for its unpretentious charm—a space that seats fewer than a dozen guests, making it ideal for intimate meals or quick stops for quality Vietnamese fare. The ambiance is simple, focused on the food rather than elaborate décor, catering mostly to local patrons who value freshness and authenticity over formality.

Small plates, like the lemongrass-marinated grilled pork sticks and deep-fried spring rolls, are perfect for sharing, allowing guests to sample a range of flavors that hit the mark between savory and aromatic. The inclusion of traditional salads with fish sauce dressing imbues the menu with bright, tangy notes that balance the heartier dishes.

Frequent diners praise Pho 447 for its friendly service and consistent quality—the warmth of the staff mirrors the comfort their bowls of pho provide. Whether craving a savory pancake reminiscent of dim sum or the lively, fragrant Laksa noodle soup, patrons find something special here. The intimate setting and thoughtfully crafted dishes make this spot a gem for Vietnamese cuisine enthusiasts seeking genuine flavors in a cozy environment.

In summary, Pho 447 Asian Kitchen offers a refined yet approachable Vietnamese dining experience. It is perfectly positioned for those who appreciate authentic regional dishes made from scratch, served in a modest space where the food remains the true centerpiece.

Went to this place for dinner on a Sat. Food prices were good and the tasted was not bad either. I got a Prawn and Pork Savory Pancake. This was like a rice floor roll at a dim sum place, but it was covered with bean sprouts and served with fish sauce. This tasted great. My wife got the Chicken Pho. My mum got a Dry Grilled Pork Egg Noodles. Each dish was about 15 dollars. Only a small place with about 2 tables for 2 people and 1 for 4 I think. Does mainly takeaway

A quiet, unassuming restaurant which seats a maximum of 8-10 customers at any one time, decorated with the most basic of decor but the flavours are sure to amaze. I went in on a weekday during dinner time and there was already a healthy crowd; patrons were regularly coming in and out either to dine-in or to collect their takeaway order from this quaint little shop. I ordered the Laksa noodle soup and it was sensational. Very flavorful broth which complemented the textures of the egg noodles, seasoned with just the right amount of coriander (just enough so it wasn’t overbearing). Picture attached to depict the delicious Laksa that I had. Would I recommend Pho 447 to others? ABSOLUTELY

Perhaps the only eatery in Perth serving the delicious northern Vietnamese originated banh cuon. The banh cuon cha we ordered as takeaway was a thin rice noodle roll with cooked minced pork fillings, served with bean sprouts (too much, in my view) and dried pork meat loaf pieces. The style here was obviously southern, but it was delicious. The noodle roll was made on the spot, so there was some waiting. Will definitely return for more and to try other dishes.

I worry about saying how good it is here because I’ll never get a seat again! I have honestly never tasted a pho ga like it. But if you go and I need a spot... just remember where you heard about this tiny yet incredible place!!
